**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Work with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs
- Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement

**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
- Strong insight into marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
