- Fast and accurate to Analysis bills and requirements to accordingly upgrade existing customers telecom or IT Contracts.
- Customer Experience orientation as per new IT industrial school of thought.
- Handling inquiries. complaints, recommendations, problems of customer in patient, fast and accurate manner.
- Relationship Management - demonstrate with examples of having key relationships in the market.
- quality of service - industry standards know-how and cases to demonstrate the same with examples.
- Work involves interacting with decision makers of companies like CFO’s, IT Heads, Directors etc.
- Past successes in selling Cloud Servers, Managed Services and Digital Services
- Professional appearance and presentation required.
- Commercially focused - the ability to quantify costs and determine benefits relevant to the customer needs and to anticipate risks to the client forming strategies to alleviate risk
- Positive, Health conscious and self-motivated - equally comfortable with working alone and multi-cultural team
- Flexible and proactive - able to flex anything and everything for target orientation and achievements.
- R&D: Ability to form an ingoing hypothesis based on customer research and use advanced questioning to develop opportunities and enhance customer loyalty

- Your Duties will involve, helping organizations plan and deploy cloud
- based solutions, migrate to cloud, including moving critical data, processes, and workflows, Also deployment and roll out of majorly Skype for business, Azure cloud, Dynamics 365 on Microsoft will be involved.
- Target new business in SME and enterprise companies across all commercial verticals, with full spectrum of technology offerings like Microsoft Office 365, cloud, Virtualization, System Support Services, Excellent ability to sell Microsoft licenses, Infrastructure, office services, Leased Lines, ICT, SMB Digital, software licenses, helping SME clients grow and expand business and operations in the UAE, committing to provide advanced solutions that increase their productivity and profitability.

- Having valid UAE Driver's License is an added advantage
