The Nutritionist in Operations plays a vital role in our company's meal plan services by ensuring the delivery of nutritionally balanced and personalized meal plans to our clients. They are responsible for overseeing the development of meal plans, analyzing nutritional content, and providing guidance to support healthy eating habits. The Nutritionist collaborates with the culinary team and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Meal Plan Development:

- Design and develop nutritionally balanced meal plans tailored to meet clients' specific dietary needs, goals, and preferences.
- Conduct assessments of clients' nutritional requirements, taking into account any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that align with nutritional guidelines and client preferences.

2. Nutritional Analysis:

- Analyze the nutritional content of recipes and meals, ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines and standards.
- Use nutrition analysis software or databases to calculate and track macronutrients, micronutrients, and calorie values.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing meal plans to ensure nutritional adequacy and variety.

3. Client Support and Education:

- Offer personalized nutrition counseling and guidance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their meal plans.
- Educate clients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and the importance of a balanced diet.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, assisting them in achieving their health and wellness goals.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of meal plan offerings to ensure compliance with nutrition standards, client feedback, and industry trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of meal plans in achieving client goals and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay informed about current research and advancements in nutrition science to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our meal plans.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to communicate specific client requirements, ensure accurate meal preparation, and address any client feedback or concerns.
- Work closely with the customer service team to provide guidance on client inquiries or issues related to nutrition and meal plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutritionist credentials preferred.
- Proven experience in nutrition counseling, meal planning, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and meal planning strategies.
- Familiarity with nutrition analysis software and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Passion for promoting healthy eating habits and improving client well-being. High School or above

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)
