Operation Officer/project Coordinator

**Royal Joinery** has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.
We are recruiting a** Operation Officer/Project Coordinator **to join our exceptional team at **Royal Joinery**. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with proven joinery experience who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility.

**Your responsibilities**:
- This task includes overseeing project planning, schedules, working hours, budgets, and expenses, holding, and attending stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- You must have thorough knowledge of all site operations and be in control of the site and operations.
- Coordination between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and local authorities where required.
- Joinery Experience is preferable.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:
- Experience in a Joinery company is a must.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably
- Strong personality and ability to work with a multicultural workforce.
- Professional and pleasant personality with excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, initiative and well organized.
- Can work quickly under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and work alone or in a team.
- Ultra-high-end customer orientation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Preference will be given to those who can join immediately.
