**Responsibilities**:

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Bring at least 20 students per month.
- Familiar with how to market and sell online courses.
- Make contract with big compaines ( like damac, RTA ).
- Choose the right time to offer training courses.
- Managing and protecting online courses.
- Manage and evaluate the development of new courses and correct mistakes.
- Interacting with the staff periodically to understand the progress and necessary requirements.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Prepare and manage the reports and present them before the higher authorities and trustees.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Successful previous experience as a sales for academy center or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

**Experience of an Sales Manager**:

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- 2 years experience in crypto out of dubai
- 1-2 years experience in dubai in crypto and stock market ( preferably has experience in education center )

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
