We are looking for **Office Administrator Background only.**
American Breeze Middle East LLC (ACB) office was established since 1999
in United Arab Emirates to distribute air conditioning units in MENA
as a regional subsidiary office from American Breeze Incorporate (USA).
Since then, American Breeze air conditioning equipment went undergone significant growth in the market.
American Breeze built up a network of distributors across the Middle East and North Africa in order to provide and support our customers in this region.
In 2005, capitalizing on our business success to date and the large scale expansion of construction projects in GULF Regions, Dubai office was established to cater for and sell directly to UAE market to maintain and improve the network in the neighbor markets.
The growth of the Middle East office included the creation of a team of qualified engineers, warranty service, spare parts warehouse and increased stock levels.
The American Breeze quality management system is ISO 9001:2000/2015 certified, in testimony to a constant emphasis on product and service excellence.
**Purpose of Position**
1.To support the successful operation of the ACB product certification team in undertaking administration activities covering general office management requirements, system management, business reporting and PA functions.
2. Maintaining successful and effective relationships with colleagues and supporting ACB clients where necessary.
3. To provide assistance for the sales and operational functions of the ACB product certification team to support efficient and effective performance.
- **Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
Handle phone calls and related correspondence
Coordinate and oversee office activities
Make meeting and travel arrangements for the senior managers
Run reports and conduct analysis
Control the office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
Create and present reports for senior managers
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work to meet deadlines and ensure high standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for the business and desire to continually improve
- Fluent in English
- Ideally experience working within an environment where you have demonstrated strong administrative and customer service skills.
