- Under the supervision of Senior Administrator - Records & Data, the team member will be responsible in supporting the efficient functioning of the administration department by managing records, overseeing data collection, and assist in preparing reports for analysis.**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:

- Data Collection and Analysis (30%): Assist in collection and compiling of data related to Administration services including but not limited to beverages served, grooming audits, events, visitors’ footfall, and other relevant metrics.
- Metric Tracking (30%): Monitor and record key metrics related to the administration department's performance. Assist in generating regular reports on service metrics and other relevant KPIs as required.
- Accounts Payable & Procurement (40%): Support accounts payable and procurement functions of the department by coordinating with vendors submissions of invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining data and records.
- Communicates effectively and courteously with all contacts - internal and external.
- Works well with a diverse team of people.
- Meets all requirements for confidentiality and for the management of department’s finance and personnel information.
- Organization, time management, follow-through, flexibility to adjust as needed.
- Attends and participates in weekly staff meetings.
- Office related assignments and other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications (education, skills, abilities)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information or Computer Science.
- 1-2 years’ experience in data analysis, collection, and reporting.
- Can demonstrate extracting and cleanup of data.
- Advanced in Excel; knowledge of Power BI & Power Query an advantage
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on records management and data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and accounts payable functions.
