**What You'll Do**:

- Visiting the locations, communicating with employees, and knowing their concerns.
- Counseling the employees and resolving their issues.

- Updating and maintaining employees' files.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, HR generalist, or a similar job position.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of employee policies and the UAE laws.

- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Good counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
