Job title: Sommelier / Head Sommelier

Job location: Jumeirah, Dubai

Job specifications:

- Extensive knowledge of wines, including regions, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and food and wine pairing principles.
- Certification as a sommelier (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust) is highly desirable.
- Several years of experience in a sommelier role, with a proven track record of managing a wine program.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide personalized wine recommendations based on individual preferences.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage wine inventory, cellar operations, and handle guest inquiries.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the establishment's operating hours.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 per month
