**Office Administrator - Temporary (Maternity Cover)**

ELE Interior is an interior design company and we are looking to recruit for an Office Administrator. This position is for temporary for period of 6 months (starting October 2024).

**Responsibilities**:

- Meets, greets and seats visitors, prepares refreshments
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office printing & supplies; sourcing and ordering
- Administrate and manage company vehicles
- General HR processes and administration
- Organises and maintains online and paper file system, files correspondence, and other records.
- Make sure bathroom is presentable for the clients every day
- Perform Ad hoc duties as support staff to administration
- Deal with courier agencies: arrange deliveries and pick up of shipments, requesting quotations & negotiating corporate rates.
- Manage CRM/Database updates
- Procurement (for any office requirements - office supplies, uniforms, helmet, vest, etc.)
- Ensure the premises are kept to a high standard of organisation and cleanliness
- Effectively resolve customer queries. by providing customers with correct and clear information about the company’s products and services as per guidelines, and take adequate messages when required

**Skills**:

- 1 to 2 years of Administrative or HR background in UAE, preferred but not essential
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and HR systems
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
