Receptionist (Temporary Contract)

Lapis Properties LLC is a dynamic Real Estate company committed to providing excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a temporary receptionist to join our team and ensure smooth front desk operations during a period of one month.
As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk. You will be responsible for:
- Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Managing front desk activities and handling inquiries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A friendly and with professional approach
- With a valid visa and can provide NOC from the sponsor.
