- **Quality Control**: Establish and enforce quality control standards throughout the supply chain process, ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to company quality standards.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee transportation and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing transportation costs.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms, resolve issues, and ensure a reliable supply of materials and services.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain, such as supplier issues, transportation delays, or natural disasters, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks and ensure business continuity.
