Ø Ensures that processes needed for the QHSE Management System are implemented and maintained.

Ø Establishes the schedule or plan of internal QHSE audit and assigns auditors for each team audit.

Ø Coordinates with the department managers on the Internal Audit plan/schedule and NCR follow-up verification**.**

Ø Conducts internal audit, as a team leader/team member in accordance with internal audit procedure and ISO 19001 standard. Prepares checklist for use as guide during internal audit.

Ø Gathers and analyzes QHSEMS performance data, identifies and reports areas for improvement to the management team.

Ø Reviews and monitors corrective and preventive actions developed by departments to address observations/non-conformances.

Ø Ensures follow-up and closure of non-conformances and the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken by the department.

Ø Initiate review of documented QHSE, coordinates changes to concern departments and processes changes in the QHSE documentation.

Ø Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

**Authorities**:
Recommendatory authority on improvements in QHSE processes.

**Interfaces With**:
All the departments of the company.

**Job Specifications**:
**Education**: Graduate of any 4-year course or Equivalent

**Experience**: at least 2 years’ experience as an Internal Quality Auditor

**Competencies**:
Company core competencies, Planning and Organizing, Communication, Quality orientation, computer proficiency and Professional/Technical Knowledge (ISO 9001:2000 standard, Lead Auditor Course or Documenting QMS/IQA)

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
