Overview:
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental management systems within the organization. They ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and Implementing HSE Policies: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification: Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify workplace hazards and potential environmental impacts. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve safety standards.
- Training and Awareness Programs: Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety consciousness throughout the organization.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for regulatory agencies as required.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures for various scenarios, including fires, spills, and natural disasters. Coordinate drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of response plans.
- Environmental Management: Manage environmental compliance activities, including waste management, pollution prevention, and conservation initiatives. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with management, employees, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to promote HSE initiatives and address concerns. Communicate regularly with all levels of the organization to foster a safe and environmentally responsible workplace culture.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in health, safety, or environmental management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 14001) preferred.
- Previous experience in HSE management or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
