We are looking for a Temporary Secretary who can join immediately and willing to be assigned in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years secretarial administrative UAE experience.

Office Timing: 8 AM - 1 PM (Half Day Duty)

**Tasks**:
2. Knowledgeable in MS office suite (Word, Excel)

3. Prepare monthly attendance.

4. Consolidate/monitor employee work-related expenses.

5. Tackle administrative duties:
*Process necessary registration, renewal, cancellation of company and employee work-related requirements (HFZA gate pass/card, SALIK, ADNOC)

*Preparing documents (Employee Job Offer, Client Contracts, Quotations)

*Monitor all employees document validity/expiry (Passport ,Visa, Labor Card, EID) and remind the management.

6. Organize files (hard and soft copies).

7. Manage office supply inventory.

8. Schedule appointments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 per month
