**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with basic procurement tasks, such as sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
- Maintain and organize office records and documents.
- Upload documents and manage gate pass requests through the SAIF Zone portal.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Familiarity with the SAIF Zone portal for document upload and gate pass management
- Should be able to commute to saif zone
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
