**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: HR Assistants help with various administrative tasks such as organizing files, maintaining employee records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. They ensure that HR processes are well-organized and efficient.

Onboarding Support: HR Assistants help new employees navigate the onboarding process by assisting with paperwork, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating orientation sessions. They ensure that new hires have a positive experience when joining the company.

Benefits Administration: HR Assistants may assist with benefits administration tasks such as enrolling employees in health insurance plans, processing benefit changes, and answering employee inquiries about benefits. They help ensure that employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively.

Payroll Support: HR Assistants may assist with payroll processing tasks such as inputting timesheets, verifying hours worked, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees. They help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Compliance Assistance: HR Assistants help ensure that the organization complies with relevant employment laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date records, assisting with audits, and supporting HR professionals in implementing compliance initiatives.

Employee Relations Support: HR Assistants may assist with employee relations tasks such as documenting employee complaints, scheduling meetings related to disciplinary actions, and providing general support to HR professionals in resolving employee issues.

Data Management: HR Assistants help maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other databases. They ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports as needed by HR professionals.

**Requirements**: Strong organizational and communication skills required. Minimum qualification is graduation. Certifications in HR is an added advantage. Proficient in MS office. With minimum 3-4 yrs of work experience in UAE. Familiar of UAE labor laws. CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE OWN RESIDENCE VISA AND AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.

**Salary**: Competitive based on experience.
