**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)) are a plus.
