Overview:
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the overall management of portfolio for Lifecycle Services in the region. The person will set the strategic vision and lead the deployment of the Portfolio offerings based on market data and feedback from customers, sales and other key internal stakeholders. The Portfolio Manager will also work as Sales Marketing, Eco-System and Vendor Management team identify and bridge the portfolio gaps; Lead and support portfolio launches for Lifecycle Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with sales team and customers to identify the customer requirements, portfolio gaps and specific needs of the region; Communicate and coordinate with the global portfolio team for region specific needs as appropriate.
- Align and bring consistency to the Lifecycle services portfolio for the region to increase Business results.
- Lead and support new portfolio launch in the region working with the global portfolio team
- Establish solid communication with Sales, Business Manager, Marketing and Global Portfolio teams to analyse competition, identify gaps, recommend new offerings and suggest refinements for aggressive business growth.
- Influences and collaborates with the Sales team, Eco-System, Customers and other related functions for success of the business.
- Develop, track and report key performance indicators for specific portfolio offerings including but not limited to funnel activity, orders, revenue, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with Delivery & Services Director to understand the operational challenges that may hinder delivery excellence and work on bridging gaps.
- Enable Sales and Channels on the value proposition of our Lifecycle offerings through specific training and marketing.
- Shows agility when navigating the organization to leverage resources and collaborate with other businesses
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Executive community
- Act as an ambassador and spokesperson for Delivery and Services
- Work with cross functional departments (including Delivery and Service business partners) to act as an interface for Executive interactions
- Use best judgment to determine the most appropriate actions needed to satisfy customer in a given scenario
- Communicate with key customers regularly (onsite or remote) to ensure that users can run services on the cloud properly and stably and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Overall 12 years of experience of IT delivery and operations experience with minimum 5 years of solid experience of Solutions and Services Business and Services and Systems Industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions
- Excellent commercial, technical and collaboration skills are required to successfully drive Portfolio implementation and evaluation over a multi-year planning period.
- Extensive knowledge of the regional market trends/needs, customer / channel requirements.
- Knowledge of technology, financials, contracts and risk management to effectively determine the business vision, strategy and execution plan
- Proven Leadership skills to motivate and influence direct and indirect reports to embrace new concepts / solutions
- Fluent in English
- CSM/ACSM Certification is Plus.
