**Main Duties.**
- Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts, overseeing contract renewal, monthly billing and outstanding payments owed to ATSS.
- Achieve assigned Accounts Receivable targets by effectively managing client accounts.
- Identify and resolve disputes through discussions with clients, ensuring prompt documentation and resolution in accordance with ATSS policies.
- Secure positive outcomes from client interactions, obtaining payment commitments and addressing barriers to customer payments.
- Maintain systematic and timely follow-up on customer contract renewal, billing, and payment promises using online customer logs and administrative tools.
- Prepare professional and timely correspondence to both external and internal customers.
- Understand contract documents and terms of obligations to achieve assigned financial targets.
- Provide support to the Collections Services / Legal Counsel Team as needed.

**Skills and Qualification**:

- Previous experience in contracts management, billing and collections is required.
- University degree or equivalent business experience, along with Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients under challenging circumstances.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can work collaboratively in a team or independently.
- Ability to multitask, maintain organization and be responsive to changing priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with superior attention to detail.
- Strong telephone etiquette, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
