**Main Purpose of Job**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR officer with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and coordination of the HR department.
**Main Responsibilities**
**COORDINATION OF THE HR DEPARTMENT**:
1. Allocation of tasks and follow-up of the same for the HR Team
2. Functional Approvals for day-to-day HR Issues
3. Review all documents issued in the HR office before management.
4. signatures
5. Issuing of Management communication documents in the Company
6. Preparation of Memos and other corporate communications
7. Coordination with management for matters that need approval or advice.
8. Communication with Managers, and GMs regarding policies, employees’ issues, etc.
9. EMPLOYEE LEAVE ADMINISTRATION
10. TIME AND ATTENDANCE (PAYROLL SUPPORT)
11. STATUTORY DOCUMENTS & PROCESSES ADMINISTRATION
12. SEPARATION
13. EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION COMPLIANCES, AUDITS & PROJECT PREPARATION
14. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE & POLICY
**RECRUITMENT**:
1. Coordinate with Managers & and GMs for the Recruitment plans.
2. Preparation and Maintenance of the recruitment plan
3. Job Profiling
4. Prepare Job Descriptions
5. Sourcing, shortlisting & Selection blue collar
6. Sourcing, shortlisting & Selection white collar
7. Issuing of the Employment Offer Letters Workers and Staff
8. Collection of all required documents
9. Preparing all the information and documents needed for an Employment visa.
11. Travel arrangements/ ticketing.
12. Induction
13. Issue of new Swiping cards
14. Updating all new employee's data on the HRS
15. Salary Advice for new employee
16. Coordination of the probationary review process
17. Issuing of the Employment confirmation letters
19. Weekly Recruitment Status Reports
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required**
1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business management, HRM, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
3. Familiarity with relevant UAE Labor Law standards, and regulations.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
6. At least 2 years’ experience
7. Has own UAE visa & UAE driving license (Preferable)
8. Proven skills in analyzing business processes.
9. Ability to work with multiple discipline tasks.
10. Decision-making ability.
11. Time management and organization skills
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- HR: 2 years (required)
- Employee Relations: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (preferred)
