We are currently looking for a Russian, Spanish, Arabic and English-speaking Wellness Holidays Sales Executive who can join immediately and who has been part or involved in wellness and travel industry with at least 3 years’ experience working this industry.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Immerse yourself in research, exploring destinations, culinary delights, and activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to curate personalized travel itineraries.
- Maintain meticulous records of client travel documents and invoices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, from flights to accommodations, prioritizing cost-effectiveness through preferred vendors.
- Knowledge on various Holiday destination in the world and wellness travel segment.
- Negotiation & persuasion skills with clients and vendors.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with decision makers in across key target segments/industries.
- Identifies new opportunities and develops/implements account strategies to develop incremental business.
- Follows up on all sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
- Prepares and presents sales proposals, including price quotations, payment terms, service delivery.
- Delivers effective sales presentations, both formal and informal, to customer contacts at all levels.
- **Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**_
- Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience as a Wellness Holidays Sales Executive.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree with attested education certificates.
- Proficient in Russian, Spanish, Arabic and English both written and oral. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
- Computer literate, excellent in MS Office & other search engines.
- Cultivate a deep enthusiasm for travel and discovering new destinations.
- Showcase exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in goal-setting, establishing realistic timelines for success.
- Minimize distractions to ensure focused work.
