We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients and driving our commitment to excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing their holiday inquiries and bookings, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key travel industry suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, and local tour guides.

Create personalized holiday packages based on clients' needs, preferences, and budget.

Stay up-to-date with travel trends, popular destinations, and local attractions in order to provide accurate and current advice to clients.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Assist in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns.

Support the development of sales strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition.

Continuously enhance knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Strong knowledge of travel planning and reservation systems.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office suite and familiar with CRM systems.

A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
