Data Administrator and Receptionist

Our client owns and operates shopping malls, retail, and leisure establishments in the Middle East and North Africa, with operations in 13 countries, including the GCC.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure complaints are registered/tracked and responded promptly and with urgency
- Match the customers’ needs by listening, understanding and solving their problems.
- Coordinate & follow up with other internal departments updating the customers with the status of their inquiry / complain by calling them
- Attending real estate events
- Ensure all customers are assisted and registered during new sales launch / events
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assign all types of leads to the sales team as per the rotation
- Assist in the entire handover process from pre-handover preparation of communications, deliverables, dispatching of “completion notice” till handing over the keys to the customers.
- Responsible for guiding and supervising complaint resolution and verifying customer satisfaction by analysing statistics.
- Issue refunds or compensation to customers according to the company policy
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Report quality or any other pertinent customer concerns to the CRM Manager and other management as appropriate to diagnose and resolve.
- Perform any other duties necessary related to customer service or to achieve customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years experience with at least 1-year experience in the **Real Estate Industry.**:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field.
- Expert in data segmentation and list enhancement techniques.
- Meticulous and an eye for detail.
- **Experience with the analysis tools is a plus.**:
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word and other office tools.
- Language proficiency in English and Arabic is must.
- Excellent communication and customer services skill.
- HTML, Web techniques and social media knowledge will be an advantage
- Flexible working attitude.
Location: Tilal Al Ghaf
Duration: Monday to Saturday
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
