We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. We are seeking a professional with expertise in various software domains, including ERP, Salesforce, E-Services, and Mobile Apps etc..

Role Overview:

- As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, showcasing the capabilities of our solutions, and guiding potential customers through the pre-sales process.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and understand their needs.
- Identify gaps between client requirements and propose suitable solutions in consultation with the team.
- Encourage existing clients to explore additional offerings, upgrades, migrations, etc.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Showcase the features and benefits of our solutions in alignment with client needs.
- Address client queries and concerns, providing comprehensive and accurate responses.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and goals.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Share market intelligence and client feedback with the team for informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with expertise in pre-sales activities.
- Knowledge of ERP and Salesforce functionalities and modules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and presentations as required.

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

/ Part-Time / Commission

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
