Admin and Facility Management Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Infrastructure Mgmt: Ensuring the infrastructure within the co-working space is maintained properly and effectively by coordinating with external vendors (contracted/ non-contracted) for services such as internet connectivity, office equipment maintenance, infrastructure wear and tear maintenance and new installations.
2. Housekeeping Mgmt: Managing housekeeping staff and ensuring the center is kept clean and organised all the time.
3. Purchase and Inventory Mgmt: Ensure timely replenishment of Inventory. Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors. This includes issuing Requests for Quotation, obtaining quotes, evaluating offers, negotiating favorable terms, and issuing purchase orders.
4. Tenant On/Off boarding: On-boarding and Off-boarding of tenants. Providing required access within the business center.
5. Tickets management: Coordinate and resolve tickets raised by tenants and internal departments.
6. IT serviceability management: Oversee and maintain the coworking space's network infrastructure to ensure a reliable and secure connection for all tenants.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly, coordinating with the Internet Service Provider (ISP)/ Technical Team (Internal/Contracted) as needed. Manage and maintain landline connectivity for employees and tenants.
8. IT asset maintenance: Collaborate with the Technical Team (Internal/ Contracted) to ensure preventive maintenance of IT assets such as computers, printers, routers, firewall, access points, projectors, server room equipment
9. Maintaining a comprehensive report of all ports and connections.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Administration with hands-on experience on the roles listed above.
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Organised and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
