**Administrative Sales Person at Brainiacs Tutoring Company**

**Position Overview**: Brainiacs Tutoring Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Person to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the sales efforts of our company by efficiently managing administrative tasks while actively contributing to the growth of our student enrollment and customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
Collaborate with the sales team to assist in generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into enrolled students.
Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current clients by addressing inquiries, explaining tutoring programs, and highlighting the benefits of our services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions in the CRM system.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Manage and organize administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, preparing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining student records.
Coordinate with other departments, such as scheduling and billing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Generate and distribute reports on sales activities, enrollment figures, and other relevant metrics to assist in decision-making.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and accurate representation of our tutoring programs in promotional materials.

**Sales Strategy**:
Provide input and feedback on sales strategies, pricing, and promotional campaigns based on interactions with customers and market trends.
Continuously stay updated on the education industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

**Event Participation**:
Represent Brainiacs Tutoring Company at local events, fairs, and conferences to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional events to attract new customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
