We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Immigration Sales Counsellor to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their immigration needs, goals, and eligibility.
- Provide clear and accurate information about immigration processes, requirements, and available services.

**Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Actively engage in sales activities to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for various countries.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

**Customized Solutions**:

- Analyze clients' profiles and recommend customized immigration solutions based on their specific needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate and timely provision of services.

**Documentation Assistance**:

- Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all required forms and supporting documents are collected and submitted accurately.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.

**Sales Reporting and Targets**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- You will ‘ideally’ be educated to degree level and may also be required to hold any other qualifications relevant to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
- You must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures.
- experience in sales is necessary, and depending upon the role, you may also be required to be bi-lingual.
- must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
- must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centered on communication with the client and colleagues
- be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
