We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales/Business Development professional, specializing in the exciting field of Audio Visual (AV) technology. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will play a pivotal role in engaging clients, shaping sales strategies, and staying ahead of industry trends.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**:
- Engage with clients through presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
**Market Analysis**:
- Stay abreast of the latest AV technology trends and developments in Abu Dhabi and the wider market.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
**Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies customized to the local market landscape.
- Collaborate with the team to identify target markets, set sales targets, and track performance metrics.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our AV products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Educate clients on the value proposition of our offerings and how they address their specific needs.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to develop custom solutions and promotional campaigns.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance product development and marketing efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the AV industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical abilities and market research skills to identify opportunities and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans effectively.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to continuously learn about AV technology advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
