Primary Skills:
Ø Good functional knowledge and hands on experience related to the setup on Trading Community Architecture (TCA), TAX, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Project Financials, Purchasing & Procurement, Inventory and Sub ledger accounting

Ø Hands on experience on TAX configuration and Tax rules setup in accordance with the VAT policies of the Organization

Ø Experienced in Supporting and Maintaining Oracle ERP Financial, Procurement and Project Financials production systems in a multi org environment.

Ø Should have the in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials, Project Management and Procurement operation flows

Ø Should be good at mapping business scenarios to the standard product, identifying gaps and providing workarounds.

Ø Well versed with Oracle ERP project implementation methodology (TCM & AIM) in accordance with SDLC phases.

Ø Well versed with the preparation of Solution Design Documents (SDD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), Test Cases, Test scenarios and User Manuals

Ø Excellent understanding of Authentication and Authorization solutions inherent in SaaS.

Ø Extensive experience in configuring & customizing BPM Workflows

Ø Expert in functional testing, preparation and execution of test cases

Ø Expert in production transition and cut-over activities

Ø Ability to conduct FAM, Business Process Workshops (BPW), Playback, SIT and UAT Sessions.

Preferred Additional Skills:
Ø Prior experience as business analyst

Ø Prior work experience on Oracle EBS R12 Financials, & Procurement in implementation/ Support/upgrade type of projects

Ø Proficient in SQL scripts

Ø Working Experience on IT Service Management Applications such as HPSM, Service NOW, Jira..

**Job Description**:
Ø Carry out assigned tasks/jobs and deliver in accordance with project or release time with minimum supervision

Ø Evaluate the as-is business processes and identify process bottlenecks and hindrances to efficient process completion with minimum lead time.

Ø MAP the recommended process enhancements with Oracle ERP system functionality for fitment in accordance with the business requirements

Ø Identify the need for and perform functional design and support complex system customizations that are required by the client's processes in Oracle ERP

Ø Functional Project Lead coordinates with the business users to study requirements and handle the concept to delivery of the solution on Oracle Financial Applications covering

a. Gather user requirements

b. Perform Functional mapping of business to system process

c. Perform Business Process Workshops (BPW), Playback, SIT and UAT Sessions

d. Tax configuration and Tax rules setup in accordance with VAT policies

e. Configure or setup financial seeded system processes in line with the business requirements.

f. Identify functional gaps in Oracle ERP Core Oracle Financial modules (GL, AR, AP, FA), Cash Management, Project financials, and Procurement and Trading Community Architecture (TCA).

g. Create Functional test approach and scenarios in line with business requirements

h. Prepare user manual and perform user training

i. Conduct user acceptance testing.

Ø Prepare role out plans, releases and prepares all the necessary system deliverables and documentations in line with organizational standards.

Ø Open Technical Assistance Requests with Oracle Support and follow up to resolution.

Ø Should be familiar with TCM & AIM methodology-based execution for projects and large maintenance enhancements.

Ø Regular communication with the Domain manager/Solutions leads on WIP status. Regular meeting with project manager/ team lead on Project status

**Experience**:
Academic Qualification:
Ø Graduate degree in Finance/Accounting, business administration or relevant field

Ø Strong work ethic - someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and proactive-ness.
