Vacancy for the position of Human Resources for the GTC Group Company.

Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Managing employee onboarding and off boarding
- Employee relationship management
- Implementing and managing and internal polices and code of conduct
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Managing the leave management
- Supporting the payroll processing
- Maintaining employee records, offer letter, employment contract all HR module responsibility.
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Ensure timely renewal of business licenses, Tenancy contracts, Municipality permits, RTA Permits, Equipment registration, renewals etc. complete Medical, Visa.
- HR Policy Development and Compliance: Developing and updating HR policies in line with regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar strategic HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Proficiency in HRMS software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
