As Regional HR Manager Middle East, you act as strategic business partners, foster growth by building high-performing organizations, developing highly engaged teams, continuously nurturing people's growth, and providing a sustainable, inclusive & diverse workplace.
Define the locally relevant HR strategy for Middle East and ensure the subsidiaries have the adequate structure & competencies to respond to business needs and transformation. Provide an HR Business Partner service to managers and the team that supports the development of talented, committed & engaged employees.
You are actor for transversal projects and provide insights on your scope, you are a change agent. You oversee the different subsidiaries as Regional HR Manager for the region, you report to the Cluster HR Director
The position requires multiple trips in the region : Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Egypt
**Strategic Responsibilities: Change agent and transformation**
- Deploy HR Group Strategy for the region deployment, ensure local priorities are considering in HR Strategy
- Define the HR plan, objectives, and strategy to ensure the markets have the correct approach to respond to business needs in the diverse complex region
- Strategic Business Partner role to managers and Leaders, operational tasks, Coaching and Counselling to managers & employees
**Organization & effectiveness**
- Build accurate organization to deliver on performance and growth, ways of working, and processes are an efficient, strong collaboration.
- Propose & execute organizational changes to increase performance.
- Organization planning with close discussion with the managers, Head of the department and General Manager to ensure strong resources for the team
**Talent strategy & Workforce planning**:
- Ensure in the organization to grow the talents, and support to deliver its performance.
- Pilot the People Review and coordinate the HR Campaign, to clearly identified potentials, build solid succession plans, has a plan on gaps, highlight develop plan to retain best talents and visibility on future moves & needs.
- Ensure attractiveness and awareness in the region
- Build and deploy accurate training plan within the region, ensure the deployment and enroll the team to Group training trough Bel University, Pick and Learn and with external partner for external training based on need and coordination of HIPO coaching program
- Deploy and support the mentoring plan within the region
- Lead and manage people moves within the region and at corporate level
**Capabilities Strategy and Planning**
- Lead and support the performance review, highlight and understand gap analysis, build and structure future needs and a solid capabilities plan, including on boarding & training plan for the region
- Lead and support managers in capabilities assessment: rely on group and local capabilities needed
- Facilitate workshops when needed to roll out or drive transformation
- Lead and develop induction process for newcomers over the region, adapted for each country and organization, support the onboarding for newcomers and with the managers to ensure performance requirements are communicated, understood, and measure
- Pilot and deploy safety program within the organization and ensure to implement perfect safety communication and provide safe environment of work
**Employees engagement and Employer branding**
- Lead and pilot Internal Communication within the region
- Drive engagement Survey and actions for the region
- Deploy engagement programs for the region
- Lead and pilot local benefits and any other critical employees’ expectations
- Lead and manage the external communication as Communication manager for the region trough diverse platform and partnership : External events and partnership (CCI, MEA Business, Linkedin)
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Lead and drive the C&B plans for the region: by ensuring the plan and budget for the region: internal and external regular benchmarking, share recommendation package and build plans of implementations
- Lead and manage the annual pay review process for the region. Lead the process for and support the management in the preparation of Bonus campaign for the region (Performance Related Pay objectives, Performance and Development review, etc)
- Overall responsibility for managing the monthly payroll and benefits processes for the region
- Coordination with the Group C&B to implement Group reward policies and processes and
- Group Mobility team
**Employee Relations**
- Support the managers and leaders in employee relations and general environment
- Ensure local legal respect and deploy local HR Policies compliant with group culture and values
- Overall responsibility and accountability for the accurate preparation of employee contracts, offer letters and for ensuring that company documentation is up-to-date and respects local legislation
**Budgets & Reporting**
- Lead and manage HR budgets (Private Medical, Private Health, Group Life Assuranc
