Facility Manager

Manage all repairs and maintenance work across the GAC Dubai network.
- Monitor, control and supervise related works and ensure compliance to quality and HSE standards.
- Oversee implementation of improvements and changes concerning facilities and equipment.
- Ensure renovations, constructions and upgrades are conducted as per approved plan, assess project expenditures.
- Provide support and advice in relation to long-term planning and development.
- Advise Managers on facility management issues, development plans and essential changes.
- Manage procurement of materials and benchmark other businesses
- Maintain records of all assets and liaise concerning property damage claims.
- Maintain facility drawings and records of work orders.
- Manage and administer preventive maintenance programmes with a cost saving programme.
- Assist in renewal of Operation Fitness Certificate and administer housekeeping / recycling activities.
- Monitor all security activities and implementation of safety measures.
- Oversee timely calibration, contract renewal and equipment certifications (e.g., Load Test Certification of forklifts).

**Job Requirements**
- Graduate, engineering degree - preferably civil.
- Licensed Engineer.
- UAE Driver’s License.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ facility and equipment management experience, preferably in a large logistics/warehouse setting
