Seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the access control equipment industry to drive growth through strategic partnerships, and dealer network expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and engage with potential partners interested in access control equipment solutions within the assigned territory.
- Build and cultivate a robust dealer network across the assigned territory, generating quality leads and driving growth opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations and deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners and clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
- Embark on regular business trips throughout the territory, fostering face-to-face interactions with existing and new partners to strengthen relationships and explore new ways for collaboration.
- Nurture and enhance business relationships with current partners, ensuring their needs are consistently met and cultivating long-term loyalty.
- Improve and maintain client records, regularly updating activities, action plans, and key insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Represent the company and its innovative access control equipment solutions at industry exhibitions, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, providing detailed insights and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record in sales within the access control equipment industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing dealer networks and fostering strategic partnerships, leveraging an extensive professional network.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to potential partners and clients in a compelling manner.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently within the assigned territory, fostering in-person connections and building strong relationships.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build trust.
- Self-motivated and driven by results, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in representing companies at industry exhibitions or trade shows, showcasing products and services.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 5 years (preferred)
- security or safety sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
