Human Resources Executive

**I. HR Reporting/ Analytics**:
1) Preparing quarterly leave provision, gratuity/ indemnity provision, incentives base analysis reports.
2) Preparing Annual HR budget, monthly forecasting, weekly reports, analysis reports for manpower planning etc.
3) Execute audit checks and annual validations to ensure compliance with both internal and external audit requirements.
4) Preparing reports necessary for management as required for strategic decision making.
**I. HR Policies & Procedures**:
1) Ensuring legal compliance of company HR policies & procedures across the branches in terms of compensation & benefits, EOS, payroll & leaves management.
2) Supporting LMs in HR policy implementation & adherence.
**II. HRIS/ HRMS ERP Implementation Project**:
1) Primary contact for all HR ERP related processes: Actively coordinating with IT team and ERP vendor for all HR related communications for ERP implementation.
2) Facilitating all ERP meetings with management & vendors in discussions related to setting up of master data, workflow setup, discussions related to process migrations, HR forms/ templates, formulas/ calculations relevant to HR functions (payroll, leave, EOS, loans & advances etc).
3) Reviewing the Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and Functional Design Document (FDD) to ensure vendor has incorporated all requirements as specified and agreed. Ensuring the design documents are fool proof and within specified project goals to ensure no discrepancies post

**III. Payroll**:
1) Payroll processing (UAE, Qatar, KSA & Oman)
- processing of Overtimes, leaves, retroactive payments, arrears & other fixed and variable pay component calculations
