**Role Description**:
Responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals. Must lead a sales team by providing guidance and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, analyzing data and assigning sales territories.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
- Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue.
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
- Advance one’s own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational trainings, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.
- Manages and reviews daily, weekly and monthly department costs and Gross Profit.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue.
**Professional Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
- Proven expertise and skills in Logistics Business at least over 5 years in Middle East.
- Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Korean will be preferred.
- Previously held a managerial position is a must.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills, able to influence people of all levels.
- Strong ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes.
- Strong analytical skills - including commercial, financial acumen and budget management
- High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented.
- Should be open to relocate internationally for career development and challenge. Flexible to travel if required.
