Human Resource Coordinator

- Develop and maintainstrong relationships with internal stakeholders, including managersand employees, to ensure HR practices align with business needs andgoals
- Manage employee records and data,ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality
- Coordinate and administeremployee benefit programs, including medical insurance, vacation,and leave policies.
Main Responsibilities &Key ResultAreas
- Coordinate andmanage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment,onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exitprocesses
- Populate and maintain the HRISsystem
- Assist in recruitment related activitiessuch as screening, reference checks, and formatting resumes intoEnerMech format.
- Organize the monthly HRPayroll report.
- Calculate basic staffentitlements such as annual leave, end of service calculations,etc.
- Coordinate with our PRO to procure,cancel, and track the status of Visa's foremployees.
- Maintain and manage the system toapply for employee Visa's and WorkPermits.
- Track the probationary period of newhires and help the hiring manager set objectives for theemployee
- Conduct research and providerecommendations to improve HR processes and procedures, ensuringcompliance with relevant laws andregulations
- Respond to employee inquiriesregarding HR policies, procedures, andprograms
- Draft employment contracts and ensureall forms are signed prior to the employeejoining.
- Deliver continuous processefficiencies and improve currentprocesses.

- Educated to HigherLevel
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HumanResources
- Experience with HRSoftware
- Experience with MicrosoftSuite
- Thorough knowledge of UAE LaborLaws
- Excellent organizationalskills
- High level of detail andaccuracy
- Familiar with the Oil and Gasindustry
- CHRPCertified
