**About the role**

Little Sol+ is our sustainable lifestyle brand for children, based in the UAE. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at our pop-up shop in Mirdif City Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting and selling our products, and contributing to the overall success of the pop-up shop. **Responsibilities**
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to create a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Promotion: Proactively engage with customers, understand their preferences, and recommend products based on their requirements. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products offered at the pop-up shop, including their features, uses, and benefits. Stay updated on new arrivals, industry trends, and competitors' offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Shop Maintenance: Ensure the pop-up shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Stock shelves, arrange displays, and replenish merchandise as needed. Collaborate with the team to maintain sufficient inventory.
- Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with integrity.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or accessories to enhance customers' purchases and increase revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to customers, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in children’s fashion or toys.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic a plus
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as required.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
