The plumbing chargehand is responsible for coordinating and supervising plumbing activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. They typically report to a higher-level manager or project coordinator.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Directly supervise plumbing teams, including plumbers, apprentices, and helpers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project schedules.
- **Project Management**: Oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary to ensure smooth project progress.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all plumbing work meets relevant codes, standards, and specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
- **Troubleshooting**: Provide technical expertise and assistance to resolve complex plumbing problems. Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and implement repairs or adjustments as needed.
- **Materials Management**: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and manage replenishment orders as necessary.
- **Training and Development**: Train and mentor junior plumbing staff, providing instruction on best practices, techniques, and safety procedures. Facilitate skill development and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work activities, including job progress, material usage, and labor hours. Prepare reports as required by management or regulatory agencies.
- **Customer Relations**: Interface with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to address concerns, answer questions, and provide updates on project status. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- **Health and Safety**: Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6-7 Years UAE Experience
- Salary AED 2200-2500.
