**Job Role**

1. Supervision: The electrical charge hand oversees a team of electricians or electrical workers, ensuring that they perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. They provide guidance, instructions, and support to the team members.

2. Electrical Installation: The charge hand assists in planning and executing electrical installations in construction projects. This includes reviewing electrical plans, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs: When electrical issues arise on the construction site, the charge hand is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems. They oversee the repair process, ensuring that it is done safely and effectively.

4. Safety Compliance: The charge hand enforces safety protocols and ensures that all electrical work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations. They promote a safe work environment and address any safety concerns promptly.

5. Quality Control: The charge hand monitors the quality of electrical work performed by their team. They conduct inspections, perform tests, and verify that installations meet the required standards and specifications.

6. Material and Equipment Management: The charge hand assists in managing electrical materials and equipment on the construction site. They ensure that the necessary tools and supplies are available when needed and maintain an inventory of electrical resources.

7. Team Coordination: The charge hand collaborates with other trades and construction professionals to coordinate electrical work with other construction activities. They participate in meetings, provide updates, and ensure smooth workflow integration.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
