As the Charge-in-Hand Supervisor for Labor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating labor teams, ensuring they perform efficiently, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your leadership and organizational skills will contribute to the successful execution of our projects, while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate labor teams on various construction sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities effectively among labor crew members.
- Monitor progress, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to streamline operations.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols and practices.
- Address any on-site challenges, conflicts, or emergencies promptly.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance skill development within the labor teams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to project activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction supervision or related roles.
- Urdu/Hindi Speaker is a **MUST**
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to promoting a safe work culture.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
- Bilingual abilities (**Arabic, English**) is a definite advantage.
