- NAS Dubai is a purpose built ‘flagship school’ generously resourced with a whole school enrolment of over 3040. This equates to 1690 in the primary school and 1350 in the secondary school. - You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the admissions process withing NAS Dubai, work closely with other departments to promote the school's values and offerings, and to meet enrolment targets. You will also involve in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain students, leading the admissions team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective families.- We are looking for someone who will:
- Use data and insights to ensure that the Admissions plan is developed to drive enrolment and retention performance across the school.
- Manage and oversee all parts of the prospective parent pipeline, ensuring a world-class admissions experience for all families, in line with the NAE Family Experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the academic teams and all support functions to ensure that admissions processes, accounting and ways of working are in line with the school and NAE guidelines.
- Ensure data accuracy and robust reporting across the team, collaborating with the DAM and the wider Marketing and Communications team to effectively utilise data within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Ensure compliance and best practice in admissions policy management.
