Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and innovative enrollment strategy that aligns with the institution's goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the admissions team, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
**Team Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sizable admissions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear expectations, and implement professional development plans for team members.
**Enrollment Management**:
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to meet or exceed ambitious enrollment targets.
- Utilize extensive experience in admissions to drive recruitment, retention, and yield efforts.
**Process Optimization**:
- Streamline and enhance admissions processes, leveraging technological solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in workflow.
**Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with schools, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand recruitment networks.
- Represent the institution at national and international recruitment events, fairs, and conferences.
**Admissions Policies and Compliance**:
- Develop, update, and enforce admissions policies in compliance with institutional standards and regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to admissions.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Utilize extensive data analytics expertise to assess the effectiveness of admissions strategies, making data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on admissions metrics and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 -10 years of progressive experience in admissions leadership within an educational institution.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large admissions teams.
- In-depth knowledge of enrollment management strategies and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant technology and admissions software.
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
