**Assist in Talent Acquisition and in all recruitment processes.**:
- **Organizing interviews with stake holders.**:
- **Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.**:
- **Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.**:
- **Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.**:
- **Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.**:
- **Maintain different trackers for Employee probation confirmation, Employee separation and reasons, employee access controls and generating warning letters time to time**.
- **Arrange and fulfill audit requirements; through proper organization of employee docs**:
- Creating offer Letters, appointment letters & the documents required by PRO.
- Monitor reports for ISO certifications & overall reports.
- Monitoring Security guards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 per month
