**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on job boards and company websites.
- Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other related documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and facilitate the introduction to company policies and procedures.

**2. Employee Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for general employee questions regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee recognition and wellness programs.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.

**6. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Assist with ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain reports for HR audits, employee headcount, benefits, and other related metrics.

**Skills and Qualifications** **Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
