Role Overview: As our Social Media Lead Generation Expert and Admin Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our online presence, driving engagement, and building brand awareness across various social media platforms. From crafting compelling content to implementing effective strategies, you'll have the opportunity to shape our digital footprint and connect with our audience on a deeper level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience.
- Manage social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance and drive results.
- Foster community engagement through meaningful interactions and conversations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Create and manage lead databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of lead generation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for real estate and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Over seeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Managing campaigns on social media
- Editing & re-publishing of listing
- Managing the portal listing usage "premiuM/Featured &refreshes.
