Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities (end to end recruitment, performance management, Payroll, employee relations etc).
- Conduct induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, term leaves, transfers, or promotions, in database.
- Develop, Interpret, and explain human resources policies, procedures throughout the organization.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Liaise and coordinate with Mohre for NAFIS initiative
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues and respond in a timely manner.
- Overseeing office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, relocating.
- employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires, or creating important office form.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or equivalent

Minimum 3 years work experience in UAE as an HR & Admin Officer or equivalent.

Fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of local Labour Law.

Can-do attitude, willing to help others and have empathy.

Ability to handle sensitive information

The ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail.

Work location is in AD.
