**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Executive Support**:
- Manage the CEO's virtual calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness in all communications.
- Handle virtual communication channels with finesse, ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration.
2. **Administrative Excellence**:
- Streamline office procedures to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
3. **Task and Project Management**:
- Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate project execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Assist the CEO with a diverse array of tasks and initiatives, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
4. **Information Management**:
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize information for the CEO's review, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using cloud-based software, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
5. **Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, embodying the company's commitment to excellence.
- Represent the CEO in interactions with clients and partners, fostering positive and productive engagements.
6. **Remote Office Administration**:
- Oversee the seamless operation of our virtual office systems, including inventory management and equipment coordination.
- Maintain meticulous organization of contacts, documents, and resources to support efficient workflows.
- Assist with basic HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and managing timesheets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven track record as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to support CEO-driven initiatives and projects.
**Additional Details**:
- The position is based in Dubai but operates remotely, offering flexibility and autonomy in work arrangements.
- The salary package ranges from AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 plus incentives, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
