**Job brief**
We are looking for an Administrator Officer to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior level managers and Directors.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members and the entire team.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Efficient IT skills for handling the in-house CRM system and Data Management.
- Manage day to day activities of the office.
- Maintain daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Handling courier services.
- HR skills required to manage the staff attendance, arranging interviews, boarding new recruits.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Assisting the Directors of the company for facilitating the day to day activities.
**Requirements and skills**
- Work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Data Analysis
- Excel Advance
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Degree or Diploma certification.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
