**Job Objective**:
Responsible to drive the revenue of corporate division. Manage corporate clients by understanding their business process and finding their need to provide strategies to manage their foreign exchange exposure while minimizing the risk.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Market analysis and risk management to effectively serve the needs of clients.
- Source corporate clients who require strategic solutions to their foreign exchange need. Assist them in financial planning and forecasting by analyzing the market trends and provide market updates.
- Work to fully understand the clients business from start to end in order to find and serve their needs effectively.
- Play a proactive role in clients business in relation to their foreign exchange needs by offering spot, forward and market orders with the ultimate goal of managing the client’s exposure and earning higher revenue for the company.
- Provide customized products and options to facilitate corporate clients to save more funds and manage the risk of volatile market.
- Ensure Professional service and high standards to all existing and new clients to enhance the reputation of the company in the market.
- Demonstrate understanding of the banking and settlement procedure in order to effectively support clients whenever required and seek help from the settlement team if needed.
- Assisting the settlement team for reconciliation of accounts and give updates on the payment of clients.
- Keep updated records of all forwards contract, spot contracts and market order.
- Monitor current market order bookings by observing the live market and place them with the bank when market order hits.
- Provide clients with competitive rates while achieving company’s revenue target.
- Analyze the market trends, competitive cross selling of products to corporate clients with the ultimate goal of earning higher revenue.
- Conduct client visits, to develop and cement relationships and also actively develop new business relationships by referrals.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients.
- Lead the corporate team by effectively monitoring their performance and targets.
- Energize and train the sales team to sustain and improve sales growth.
- Responsible for day to day booking and trades.
- Ensure adherence to compliance at all levels.

**Education**:

- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Forex Market

**Technical Competences**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of current accounting and economic practices in foreign markets.
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
- Excellent consultative and analytical skills.
